Homework One


1) Which part of the course are you looking forward to most? I am most looking forward to  make my own magnesia cover. 

2) What knowledge and skills do you hope to learn in Media? The skills that I hope to learn in media is using Photoshop.

3) What grade are you realistically hoping to achieve in Media? I am realistically hoping to achieve is a A grade.

4) What was the last TV programme or film you watched? The last film that I last watched was Dear Dum Diries. 

5) Why do you think that TV programme or film appealed to an audience? I think that the film appealed to the aduince because of the great use of storie line and charctars.

6) What technology have you used to access the media in the last 24 hours? (Radio, TV, phone etc.) The technology that I have used to access the media was my I phone.

7) What device do you use most to access the media? The device that i most use to access the media is my laptop.

8) Watch this clip from acclaimed BBC drama series Sherlock: I think that it was apelling as it was mestirous and it had colours and the dramer that kept you at the edge of your seat.
9) What do we learn about the characters from this brief clip? we laern that the charctars are very mastirous

10) What aspects of this show do you think an audience might enjoy? List at least three things and explain why the audience would enjoy each aspect. the diffrent aspects are the mestoriies the excitment and the storie line

    Great that you are looking forward to it - you have been so good in lessons and helped other people which is the best form of learning for you too!
    One thing - make sure you proof read your own work on your blog so that it all makes sense. You are making some spelling mistakes - such as not spelling 'magazine' and 'story' and 'audience' correctly. This will not help you to get the A that you desire!

    You also say that Sherlock is 'mysterious' but do not say what makes the audience think that he is mysterious - is it his dialogue (speech) or the setting or his body language? Be as specific as you can.
